		<description>Thanks for posting. Sounds like you&#039;ve got a plan all worked out! I doubt South Carolina will follow suit, but then again, they&#039;re hurting bad I understand from a decline in tourism revenue. So I guess anything is possible.

		<description>Glad I have parents that live in SC. I&#039;ve already set up my LLC there for any affiliate sites I have set up. My dad is now the sole member/manager and we&#039;ll pay SC state taxes and the federal taxes as usual. But I&#039;ll be damned if NC will be getting their part of my affiliate income.

My dad will be sending me the checks each month after taxes and I&#039;ll pray that SC will not be in the same boat with such a stupid affiliate tax law in the near future.
